NS4.5/Unix: It all works amazingly fine.. except
	for some window manager problems, like
	twm/ctwm making the North-Button move down,
	and amiwm freezing the window totally.
IE: Oooops.. sending a window to 9000 actually places
	it outside the screen. That doesn't look like a
	smart idea. Also, when you maximize a window you
	can still move it using moveBy, which is also
	funny, because you cannot resize it or move it
	back manually! Maximized windows are obviously
	not supposed to be moved.
NS3 doesnt know this stuff
